Akshay Kumar joins sets of Kannappa

Vishnu Manchu's highly anticipated project "Kannappa" marks a significant milestone in his career as both actor and producer. Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, the film has garnered attention with the recent announcement of Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar joining the cast in a pivotal role.

Akshay Kumar arrived in Hyderabad a few days ago to commence filming and was warmly welcomed by Vishnu Manchu and Mohan Babu, marking his debut in Telugu cinema with "Kannappa." The ongoing shoot in the city is focusing on crucial scenes, particularly those related to the climax featuring Akshay alongside Vishnu.

In addition to Akshay Kumar, "Kannappa" boasts an ensemble cast including Prabhas, Nayanthara, Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Madhubala, and others in prominent roles. Produced by 24 Frames Factory and Ava Entertainment, the film promises to be a magnum opus, with Stephen Devassy and Manisharma helming the music composition. "Kannappa" is set to release in major Indian languages as well as English, adding to the anticipation surrounding this ambitious cinematic venture.
