Recent reports from various sources suggest that Nelson is leaning towards naming the sequel "Hukum." This decision stems from the immense popularity of the titular song from "Jailer," which has firmly entrenched the word "Hukum" into the public consciousness. The majority of the team shares Nelson's sentiment, believing "Hukum" to be a fitting and catchy choice for the sequel's title, over the more straightforward "Jailer 2."
It's been noted that Nelson has finalized the first draft of the script, with pre-production slated to kick off in June 2024.
