Actor Dhanush is currently busy filming Shekhar Kammula’s Kubera. However, his next appearance will be in Raayan, which marks his 50th film. Impressively, Dhanush is also the director of this project.
Originally slated for release on June 13, Raayan was postponed for unspecified reasons. Just moments ago, the makers revealed the new release date on social media: the film is now set to premiere on July 26, 2024. This will be Dhanush’s second time directing a film. Raayan will be released in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
The film boasts a stellar cast, including SJ Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Selvaraghavan, Prakash Raj, Dushara Vijayan, Aparna Balamurali, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. Produced by Sun Pictures, Raayan features music composed by AR Rahman.
